「金鐘51」頒獎典禮遭網友酸是「歷年最難看」，但收視率11日出爐，卻以4.33創下近５年的金鐘獎收視新高，近340萬人收看。收視最高點5.07落在中段、尹馨獲得迷你劇集女主角獎時；而各界矚目的5566合體開場演出收視3.87，卻不敵吳宗憲脫口秀時，咻比嘟嘩意外現身合體的4.98。收視第二高是曾國城、方念華合頒教育文化獎項時的5.04，典禮尾聲男女主角獎收視下滑至4.44及4.19，顯然典禮拖得太晚，觀眾看得都累了。
